Best place to see a movie in NYC. Big seats. Reservations. No talking, text or phone calls during the film rules and decent food served by waiters on bended knee. The sound and projection is state of the art. You walk out of the theater in an existential daze pondering the mundanity of real life.

It's ugly, designed by committee and not worthy of the sacrifice it was built upon. It's truly a monument of mediocrity. NYC deserves better. In short, I hate this building. It stands for nothing but square footage and efficiency. It's may be taller than the Twin Towers but manages to be the poster child for underwhelming. But the Oculus below ground is something.
