This sprawling villa is perfect for two couples or a family as each bedroom has an attached bath for privacy. It is situated on a double landscaped lot with a true southern exposure. The back yard leads to a canal teeming with wildlife. Watch as the eagle and osprey dive for the many fish that are jumping. If you’re lucky you may even spot an alligator or two. Or just enjoy sunbathing and relaxing on the screen enclosed lanai and pool deck.
There are three en suites
“3 bedrooms with 3 attached bathrooms” for your use. Each bathroom has a hairdryer, kleenex tissue, toilet tissue, body wash, trial size shampoo & conditioner and hand soap. There are also extra guest towels and pool towels. Please use the striped towels for the pool area.
Bedroom one (blue room) boosts a king size bed, dresser, night stands and rocking chair. There is a walk-in closet with a hamper & hangers, blanket and extra bed linen. This bedroom also has a private bath with shower and soaking tub plus sliding doors which leads out to the pool area.
Bedroom Two (red room) has a king size bed, dresser, nightstands, couch and chairs. There is a walk-in closet with hamper, hangers, blanket, extra pillows and bed linen. This bedroom also has a bathroom with a shower and soaking tub that is private by night but shared by day with a door leading out to the pool area.
Bedroom Three (Palm Room)
has twin and trundle beds. There is also office space in this room with a desk, swivel chair and printer. The house is equipped with high speed internet perfect for those of you that can work remotely. There is a chest with bath towels and striped pool towels. It also has a walk-in closet with blankets and extra bed linen. The Palm Room has a private bathroom with a shower.
The rest of your space is an open concept floor plan with a combined living room, dining room and breakfast nook area. There is a kitchen and prep kitchen with ample enough room to prepare those scrumptious meals. There is also a coffee bar with mugs, a drip coffee maker and a kettle for your hot drinks. The kitchen is fully equipped and please help yourself to the items in the cupboards or refrigerator.
There is a pack n’ play, high chair and stroller stored in the red bedroom closet along with toys for the children. You will also find playing cards, games and books in the bottom of the entryway china hutch.
There is a laundry room with washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. There will be laundry soap there so please use that.
You will be able to park one car in the garage and be given a garage door opener. There is also a big circular driveway so there is plenty of room to park a second car. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and toys for your use in the garage.
There is a electric heated pool here for you if you’re visiting during cooler months. There will be a charge of $40/week to heat the pool paid directly to me. Your outdoor lanai pool space has a propane grill (grill utensils are located in prep kitchen drawer.) There is a ceiling fan, table with 6 chairs,
6 chaise lounge chairs with 6 cushions and 2 large umbrellas with 2 stands.
