Custom bi-level, 4 BR home (Two bedrooms up, Two bedrooms down) located on the West side of Lethbridge in a great neighborhood. Custom paintings, marble tile, maple cabinetry, quartz countertop. Comfy beds and quality linens. Spacious closets. "Enjoy *oogle home" to access your favorite tunes. Covered back deck with barbeque. All appliances, and comforts of home. Disney Plus, speedy wifi, street parking out front, minutes to bike and walking trails, BMX park, 7 mins to University, 10 mins to downtown, 13 mins to Regional Hospital. See guidebook for favorite activities and visitor attractions.

My home is child-friendly but not child-proof. Well-behaved, supervised children are most welcome here. (I thank you for feeding the kids in the kitchen:)

In the interest of keeping my home allergen-free, there are NO EXCEPTIONS to the NO PETS rule. I thank you for your understanding. Just a heads up that in season lawn care service is on Wednesday mornings 8:30/9:00am.

The Sunridge community is a newer area that is fully developed and landscaped, clean, friendly, and quiet. It is only a 7-minute drive to the University of Lethbridge. It is mostly single-family homes. We have an amazing nature park that features wetland ecology with information signs along the way. There is a paved pathway, a boardwalk, a bridge, fountains, and even a waterfall. It is fun to see the waterfall in the park and on the pond. In winter, when the conditions are optimal and safe- you can go skating on the storm pond or sledding on the hill.

There are also some nicely maintained playground areas that are suitable for all ages and feature climbing apparatuses, swings, slides, and picnic tables.

A little blurb about me? Well, firstly, I believe that our environment profoundly shapes how we feel and what we do. My desire to create and provide the conditions for feeling joy, focus, peace, and connection to self and others explains how my two favorite places came to be!

If you're in need of some quality "forest therapy" and connection there is no place better than the Woodsy Cabin. (And what a treat that you don't have to drive for hours to get there!) Our Woodsy Cabin is designed to be a unique experience that is much more than just a place to stay. It is a place for connecting with nature, self, and others. I am beyond grateful to provide this place of serenity, grounding, and joy for the wonderful and intentional individuals, friends, couples, and families who have discovered this rare gem. They have brought joy to my life as I witness them living life well and taking time for all of life's special occasions, and sometimes just because.

My "Modern Luxury" listing has all the same qualities but just with all the comforts of home, in a city setting. I truly love every inch of this home, the sunshine, the design, and especially the sunny feelings it creates in me and others who have stayed there! It's like walking into a warm hug! It's always hard to leave!

Lastly, I believe that there are honest, amazing, and great people in this world and I want to share the little pieces of paradise my husband and I have created with them. I trust in the principle (and have witnessed it over and over again in being a host): People know what they need, and recognize it when they find it. Goodness always finds goodness.

I am friendly, fair, honest-to-the-core and fussy; meaning, I like things impeccably clean and well-taken care of. Also fussy, in that I trust and expect that any guest who chooses to stay will keep the house rules to a "T".

The things in life that keep my heart beating are creating, river walks, kayaking, biking, oil painting, gardening, piano, enjoying the four beautiful seasons. And ultimately, doing all those things with the people I treasure most, family and friends.

My goal in being a hostess is to bring goodness to the world by sharing what I have with others and my highest intention is to love every guest that comes to stay. And since the finest human beings seem to find us, it has been a cinch to do so!

I truly look forward to meeting you and creating a memorable stay for you and yours.

Double-checking with me is not necessary and as the cabin books quickly, what you see is what you can count on for your inquiry at that moment in time. If you can't book the desired range of dates it's because there is a booking already in there somewhere which is making the whole selection unavailable for you to select.

**As it is typical to receive bookings every day at the Woodsy Cabin, and that there are rarely cancelations (thankfully), I just want you to know that if you see the dates you are interested in you shouldn't delay too much or you run the risk of them getting snagged from under you. And since I don't handle disappointment well myself- I just wanted you to know so you won't be disappointed either.
