Welcome to Casa Soleada! (The Sunny Home)

Come relax and enjoy a relaxing vacation in this simple, clean, boho/retro-inspired getaway. Casa Soleada is situated in the heart of Yucca Valley and only a 10 minute drive to the West Entrance of the Joshua tree National Park. The home is professionally managed by The Desert Beacon property management group, which ensures that our guests can expect a seamless, quality experience when visiting Casa Soleada.

∙ The Inside ∙

Casa Soleada was designed with simplicity in mind. The inside of the home features bright, white washed floors accented with warm earthy tones. The home features boho themed art and exudes a feeling of simple peacefulness.

The boho-inspired bedrooms feature high quality memory foam mattresses and clean waffle knit bed sheets - you’ll be sure to have a great night’s sleep.  There is a central heater and AC - controlled by a smart thermostat, along with a fully stocked kitchen featuring all new white appliances.

Some of the appliances include:
- Coffee Maker
- Retro-themed Toaster
- Stove/Oven
- Water Boiler
- Coffee Grinder
- Microwave
- Dishwasher
- A complete array of cooking utensils and cooking appliances (Basically anything and everything you’ll need to cook/bake a home cooked meal)

The home also welcomes kids - there is a travel Pack n Play for youngsters, as well as a booster seat and kids food bowls/utensils.

∙ The Outside ∙

The backyard is a great spot to sit and relax - there is outdoor furniture on the patio, where you can enjoy sipping on some local Joshua Tree coffee provided to our guests as part of their stay. Its nice and quiet, and a great way to spend a relaxing afternoon.

The backyard has a quaint hangout spot, where you can sit around a fire and be surrounded by Joshua Trees.

There is also a garage where you can park two cars - nice to have when living in the hot desert.

I'm Eric with The Desert Beacon. The Desert Beacon is a community-based property management company which proudly serves the Joshua Tree Gateway Communities. Our team of property stewards, housekeeping staff, maintenance staff, and front desk operations are always available to make sure that your stay in the Joshua Tree area is a memorable one.

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any issues that may arise during your stay. You are also welcome to visit The Lobby by Desert Beacon, our front desk / retail hub, located at (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Palms Hwy in Downtown Twentynine Palms.

Unlike other property management companies, our properties are managed, cleaned, maintained and cared for by our in-house employees, not contractors. At Desert Beacon, our mission is to balance the unique needs of our local Joshua Tree Gateway area community with the needs of the property owners and the many visitors they host annually. Our goal is to foster the spirit of eco-stewardship and offer services which are vital to the local community members to whom we pledge to provide a living wage, paid time off, employee benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within our organization.
