Small Room, Big Outdoors. My place a blend of farm and park, situated on the Yakima River with a close up up view Rattlesnake Mountain. You'll like my place if you like outdoors, eco-friendly, gardening, hot tub, wildness, bird watching, river views and river access. I am adding farm animals, including sheep, geese, peacocks and chickens, 2 dogs and 2 cats, & turtles. I Recently added a greenhouse ! This listing shares main downstairs bathroom. Upstairs master bedroom is also listed.

My home and property are very farm/park like. My goal is to build a hobby farm to complement my greenhouse. I may have ducks, geese, chickens, turkeys, peacocks, guinea fowl and sheep roaming around during the daytime. I'm hoping to get mini donkeys in the future. It all takes time, money and fencing! Currently there is 2 acres of fenced sage just for a dog run (provided you dog doesn't jump fencing as mine do.

I do not have garbage service, all plastic must be removed. If you have a dog, please do NOT pick up poop, just leave it. It will be gone in a day or so. Poo in a plastic bag is still poo days later. As much as we spend in dog food, it can at least fertilize the lawn (I have a mulching lawn mower).

I enjoy gardening, campfires, bread, coffee, wine & beer. Watching wildlife, my ducks, geese, chickens, sheep, dogs and cats. I love watching the sunset and seeing the stars at night. I really enjoy sharing my home and landscape with others - and thankfully Airbnb has made that possible.

My lawn and gardens are managed by 40 chickens and ducks, a lawn mower that drives like a go-cart, a shovel and a wheel barrel. I try not to use any pesticides or weed killers. My yard gets out of hand every year, but I love it.

I also like to write personal stories which I share on kindle books as Andi Linn.
"The Richland Riding Academy" story is a bit of Richland history when just at the edge of town you could rent horses for $1.50 an hour and roam the desert. I worked there as a ten year old in, (written from the child's point of view), and it's a snapshot in time.

The next two stories are my about living in England and traveling about; they are somewhat funny, and a tribute to living and struggling with panic disorder. They are called "Barking Mad" and "Changed Priorities Ahead".
