The Space

The Apartment:
•Direct Ocean view Studio in resort style beachfront building on Millionaires Row, Collins Ave, with beach access.
•2 Queen Size Beds, with clean sheets, pillows, and comforters
•Small Kitchenette with Refrigerator, Microwave, toaster, toaster ,coffeemaker, dishes, flatware and a small sink to do dishes in. (There is no large oven)(URL HIDDEN)>>>>>Small Safe To Protect Your Valuables.

•Bathroom with bathroom sink, mirror, toilet and tub with shower
•Other than the clean sheets and blankets we also provide 3 clean large bathroom towels a roll of toilet paper and depending on the length of your stay we will provide one set of hotel soap and shampoo.
•32" LCD TV with cable (over 80 Channels), DVD player, TV has hook up for HDMI and VGA
•Super fast internet connection, Private WIFI connection that is not shared with anyone else in the apt.
•One Guaranteed Parking Spot included in Cleaning FEE 15 usd Flat (NO Need to Hunt for a Spot)
The Building:
•Direct Beach Access, (our backyard is the ocean), if you want to go to the beach or use the pool, this is the perfect place for you. There is nothing better than having beach access.
•Olympic Size Heated Swimming pool, Direct Beach Access, (our backyard is the ocean)
•24 Hour Security and Valet
•The building also has convenience stores, a deli, and other small stores in the basement floor
•Tiki Bar by the pool, serves alcoholic drinks and food
•A French Café restaurant in the lobby area
•ATM and coin operated laundry machines and dryers
Neighborhood:
•Millionaires Row neighborhood on the famous Collins Ave. The building is just a few blocks north of the five star hotels like Eden Rock Hotel and FontaineBleau Hotel. The Hotels in this area charge over $400 per night, and if you want an ocean view it is much more.
•A very beautiful neighborhood with great views of the ocean and mansions of Miami Beach, great place to take a walk.
•10 Minutes to South Beach by car, 20 minutes to Miami Airport, 30 min to Ft. Lauderdale Airport
•There are stores in the area, 20 min walk( Collins and 41 st) , or just a 4 min by car or bus. Grocery stores like Publix also Walgreens, CVS, 7-11 are all minutes away.
•The Little Argentina neighborhood is also close by which has many restaurants and Latin markets.
•If you need to take the bus, there is a bus stop in front of the building, and the bus goes South to on Collins Ave to South Beach or North to Aventura for the Aventura Mall.
•Also there is a bicycle renting station, less than a block away.
•E-mail for daily, weekly, or monthly rates.
•ALL Utilities included: Water, AC, Electricity, Cable TV, Internet.

Most guests are able to check-in on their own, because our building security staff takes care of the entire check-in process and has the keys to the apartment. However, I am able to meet in person and I live very close to the apartment, so I can come and meet you if you need. Also, I am available by phone, email, text.

Located on the most famous street in Florida, Collins Avenue, our building is centrally located in one of the nicest parts of Miami Beach. This part of Miami Beach is full of famous buildings and extravagant hotels. The area is called Millionaires Row for a reason. Some of the most famous hotels in Florida are located in this area, The Fontainebleau, Eden Rock, Blue & Green Diamond Condominiums. These hotels charge $700 + per night. Other than the beautiful neighborhood you will have direct access to the beach as our building is located directly on the beach.

When you rent an apartment from us you will receive 1 FREE parking spot. If you need additional parking, the building charges $36 per day.
Miami Beach has many transportation options.
•There is a city bus that has a stop right in front of our building.
•There is also taxi, which costs around $12 from our building to South Beach or $37 to Miami International Airport.
•There are also bicycles that you can rent, Miami Beach has bicycle renting stations everywhere and we have one right in front of our building.

Please never turn the Air Conditioner off. Never Open the windows as Humidity will make air condition to leak water. Never Smoke in the apto.
We provide one set of towels for your entire stay.
We do not provide Hotel services ,However as a courtesy we provide fresh towels and linens at arrival.
We clean the apartment only before you check in and after you check out. We do not clean the apartment every day of your stay like a hotel. That is how we are able to provide a low rate, hotels in this area charge 3 - 7 times more than our rate.

The Wash Multifamily Laundry Systems company has installed a laundry card dispensing machine in the lobby right next to Security Reception Front Desk; where you or your tenant can purchase a laundry card for $5.00 which will have an initial $3.00 balance in it and can be refilled with additional money in the same machine. This machine does not provide change, you must be prepared with the exact amount of money that you want to use to refill your laundry card.
