Welcome to online GENTLE MEDITATIVE YOGA and SlowLife coaching.
I’ve designed this experience to help you connect with your body, still your mind and discover how an approach of slowness and present moment awareness can support you as we create new habits and live with the uncertainty of these times.

No experience of meditation or yoga is required and we won’t be doing any strenuous moves! I’ll guide you through breathing techniques and simple exercises alongside a taste of SlowLife Coaching; tools and ideas about how to create an attitude of slowness in daily life. In this moment where many of us are exhausted, sleeping poorly and dealing with anxiety, the benefits of meditative yoga and a slow lifestyle are particularly important.

As a Parisian in love with Tuscany, Florence has been my home for 20 years. My professional life is very intense, which is why it’s very important for me to practice the “Slow Life” every day. This is a great experience to relax the body and mind! Sandrine is a wonderful person who makes the experience individual, special, and healing. She has a very good response time, kind, and knowledgeable. I felt calmer, less muscle tension, and had a great nights rest in the aftermath.

I booked Sandrine for a private slow life coaching session for my employees as an optional morning wellness activity during a virtual company week-long event. It was a wonderful addition to the week. We had great attendance for an optional morning wellness activity and several employees reached out to me afterwards to tell me how great they thought the session was. I would highly recommend this session. Sandrine is warm, welcoming, and encouraging. The session is not only enjoyable but very practical as she teaches you things that you can do on your own to relieve tension and stress during the work day.
